GENERAL TERMS OF USE


Welcome to the Aireloja website. Accessing and using the online store of Aireloja, as well as purchasing products, implies reading, understanding, and accepting our General Terms of Use. These General Terms of Use regulate the commercial relations established between Aireloja and third parties who use and/or purchase products through the online store of Aireloja. The prices indicated for each item are fixed, include VAT, but do not include shipping costs.


1. HOW TO ORDER

In this online store, products are grouped into families and sub-families. By accessing the product family of your interest, you can select the product of your choice, gather all the information about it, and proceed with the purchase. To make a purchase, you need to register by providing all the required information and accepting the General Terms of Use. We recommend reading and accepting the General Terms of Use carefully. The provided data will be stored in a database owned exclusively by the company and will be processed according to our Privacy Policy. Users who register only as buyers will not receive news, promotions, or offers unless they give their explicit consent.

To make a purchase, follow the steps indicated in the ordering process, where detailed prices and other associated data will be displayed. Make the payment using one of the available options. Once the purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email with a breakdown of all purchased products, prices, fees, shipping costs, and corresponding payment method. This order confirmation does not serve as an invoice and is only a proof of your purchase. The final invoice will be sent later, either with the purchased products or by email. Orders will be archived in the Aireloja database for a period not exceeding the limits established by current legislation.


2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Aireloja reserves the right to change, at any time, the commercial offer presented on its website (changes to products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). The product images displayed in the online store correspond as accurately as possible, given the internet image technology, to the products we sell. The prices of products shown in the online store are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, which are communicated to the user during the purchase process, will be added to these prices and must be accepted with the purchase confirmation. The shipping cost depends on the weight and total volume of your order. In the event of typographical errors on this online store, beyond the company's control, immediate correction will be made. In such circumstances, if there is a typographical error in the price, and a customer has decided to purchase the product based on the displayed price, the error will be communicated to the customer, who has the right to cancel the purchase without any issues.




3. PAYMENT METHODS

After confirming all details of your order/purchase, products, shipping method, delivery address, and billing information, a new page will appear to choose the payment method. Payment for the selected products and shipping costs can be made in the following ways:

Credit card payment is processed upon purchase confirmation. Please carefully fill in all required fields. For payments made with foreign credit cards (issued outside Portugal), the issuing bank must be covered by the Secure Electronic Commerce (CSE) security protocol. Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. If any ordered items are out of stock or there is a defect at the time of shipment, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the credit card within 30 days. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. All credit card payments comply with the security requirements set by the Bank of Portugal. Aireloja reserves the right to refuse any credit card transaction, and in such a case, the credited amount will be returned to the credit card.

To facilitate and ensure transfers from abroad, provide the issuing bank with the BIC/SWIFT and IBAN codes. It is essential to include the order number or reference, as well as your full name in the transfer order field. You have 2 BUSINESS DAYS to process your order after confirming the request. Once Aireloja receives confirmation of your transfer, the order will be activated. The delivery time starts from the date of receipt of your transfer into our account.


4. SHIPPING METHODS

Products purchased from Aireloja online store will be sent to the shipping address indicated by the user, after payment confirmation and within a maximum period of 30 days, as established by law. However, the average usual delivery time is 2 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS after payment confirmation, provided the items are in stock. In the case of stockouts, Aireloja will contact the user to inform them of the estimated delivery time. For deliveries to islands (Madeira and Azores), the delivery time depends on the destination, weight, and volume of the order, but on average ranges from 10 to 20 BUSINESS DAYS. The company undertakes to deliver products to the address specified by the user in the order form. To optimize deliveries, users are requested to provide a delivery address where the order can be delivered during normal working hours. Aireloja is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect user input. In case of delays in the delivery of the order due to Aireloja responsibility, the user can cancel the order according to the procedures described in the "Returns" section without incurring shipping and return costs. Delays in delivery do not include cases where the order has been made available to the user within the agreed-upon time frame but has not been delivered due to reasons attributable to the user. If the user is absent at the time of delivery, the transport company will leave a proof of delivery with instructions on how to pick up the order or arrange for a new delivery. The cost of shipping is not included in the product value. At the time of purchase, the user will be informed of the shipping cost.Delivery of orders by courier is only carried out up to the ground floor door of the delivery address indicated by the customer.


# Delivery Time – Approximately 2 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS on the Mainland and 10 to 20 BUSINESS DAYS in the Islands. Transit time may be exceeded due to adverse weather conditions or airline responsibility when applicable.

# Shipping Costs – depend on the volume and weight of the goods. We provide a free quote upon customer request. 

# Delivery Time – approx. 5 to 20 business days, depending on the location. 

IF WE DON'T HAVE ALL ITEMS IN STOCK FROM YOUR ORDER, YOU CAN REQUEST A PARTIAL SHIPMENT.


5. RETURNS and REFUNDS

IF THE GOODS ARE NOT TO YOUR LIKING, THE CUSTOMER CAN RETURN THE ITEMS, BUT MUST:

Communicate to Aireloja (tel. +351 244 098 438 / +351 926 301 953 or geral@aireloja.pt) of their intention within a maximum of X BUSINESS DAYS after receiving the merchandise.

Aireloja will contact the customer to arrange when and how the return will be made. No return will be accepted without the prior written agreement of Aireloja.

The merchandise to be returned must be in perfect condition, new, and in the original packaging, with respective warranties and instructions, if applicable.

The items to be returned must be properly packaged and protected before returning. Include in the package the Return Guide provided by Aireloja, signed and dated, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or items sent in error by Aireloja.

Aireloja will not refund the paid amount or make any new shipment of replacement products until the receipt and verification of the returned products and their respective packaging and accessories have been completed.

The refund amount will be the value stated on the order form. The refund will be made exactly as the payment method used for the purchase and within the deadlines established by law.

In the case of defective products, Aireloja will replace the affected product with another in perfect condition. In this case, the replacement will always be made with an identical product and the same reference, with the cost of return and reshipment borne by Aireloja.

In the event of an error in sending the ordered product, Aireloja will bear the cost of return and reshipment of the correct product.

7. WARRANTIES

The warranty for various items sold on the Aireloja Online Store is equal to the warranty provided by each of the manufacturers of the respective products, ensuring that they do not have factory defects or are unsuitable or dangerous for normal use.


8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

All content on the Aireloja online store, including each item, information, or other materials contained therein, trademarks, structure, selection, organization, and presentation of its content, and the software used are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of Aireloja or third parties. The user may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow public access through any form of public communication of any of the items or elements mentioned in the previous paragraph unless authorized in writing by Aireloja, or as the case may be, by the third-party rights holders. The user must use the materials, content, and information accessed through the online store only for their own needs, committing not to directly or indirectly exploit commercially the materials, content, and information obtained through them. The user must refrain from manipulating or circumventing any technical devices on the online store created by Aireloja.

10. USER OBLIGATIONS

The user is responsible for the use of the online store, the purchase of products, and the intelligent use of various services, in accordance with the law, morality, and the principles of these General Conditions. The user must refrain from using any means that may prevent, hinder, or damage the normal operation and use of the online store by all users or cause harm to the property and rights of Aireloja, its suppliers, users, or other third parties.


11. COOKIES

For the use of our website, it is necessary to use cookies that are stored in the hard drive's memory. Cookies are used to generate purchase statistics for geral@aireloja.pt. If desired, you can configure your browser to be notified on-screen of cookie reception and to prevent the installation of cookies on your hard drive. 12. MODIFICATION OF GENERAL CONDITIONS

Aireloja reserves the right to modify the General Conditions of Use at any time without the need to communicate it to the user. The user is responsible for carefully reading the General Conditions of the Aireloja online store before making a purchase of a product or service. The General Conditions of Use displayed on the site at the time the user makes a purchase will be considered valid.


13. LEGISLATION

Commercial transactions with Aireloja are governed by Portuguese law. In case of conflict or discrepancy, the applicable forum will be the Court of the District of Lisbon, as long as there is no legal provision prohibiting it.


14. HOW TO RECEIVE THE GOODS

Confirm that the number of delivered volumes corresponds to the number on the accompanying Guide.

Check the condition of the volumes - you do not have to open them, just check the exterior. The employee must wait for you to complete this check.

If you detect any anomaly (e.g., violation/opening of packages), take a photo and describe it in detail in the Guide's comments, including the date and sign with your legible name.

It is essential to report the anomaly to Aireloja (Tel. +351 244 098 438 / +351 926 301 953 or email geral@aireloja.pt) within a maximum of 14 BUSINESS DAYS. Otherwise, we cannot accept the complaint or resolve the issue.


15.HOW TO CHECK THE GOODS

After opening the volumes, you should confirm whether the items and their quantities received correspond to your order.

In case of detecting an error, please contact us by phone +351 244 098 438 (Call for national landline) / +351 926 301 953 (Call for national mobile network) or geral@aireloja.pt within 3 BUSINESS DAYS following the receipt of the merchandise. Aireloja will not consider any complaints made more than 14 BUSINESS DAYS after receiving the merchandise, according to the date and time on the guide. In the event of an error, contact Aireloja, and you will be informed of what to do to return/exchange the merchandise. Aireloja does not accept returns of merchandise without prior notice and/or sent by transport companies that have not received our authorization.
